Export
Save the model as GLB, OBJ or STL, full or as a lighter copy, or open it straight in Blender.
Where it is
Export, at the foot of the details panel · Open in Blender · Ctrl+B
What you can do
- GLB suits Blender, game engines and the web. OBJ comes with its materials and textures beside it. STL is for 3D printers.
- Detail: Full, or a lighter copy with half, a fifth or a twentieth of the faces. Textures can be kept or shrunk to 2048, 1024 or 512 pixels.
- Export… asks where to save it, in your desktop's own save dialog.
- STL comes out in millimetres, Z up and standing on the build plate, at the real size you set (100 mm tall if none).
- Exporting and Open in Blender need Blender: sudo pacman -S blender.
- Show in folder (Ctrl+E) opens the folder with the model in your file manager.
