Collect Project

A portable copy of the project with every sound and the reference video, ready to move to another machine.

Where it is

File › Collect Project… (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+J)

What you can do

  • Give the copy a new .omaaudio name in an existing folder and press Collect project.
  • It copies the session, all the source audio it uses and the reference video. Your project, its edits and Undo history stay as they are.
  • Move the whole folder. requirements.toml lists the effects the project uses, to install on the other machine; effects themselves aren't copied.
  • Collect again after changing effects to refresh that list. Existing files or folders are never replaced.
  • The panel shows progress and Cancel collection; closing the panel keeps the copy running.
